Samyoga Institute offers is an advanced yoga and yoga therapy teacher training program designed to create community and foster personal and professional growth. It offers a safe environment where students are encouraged to push their edge to explore and connect with their innate wisdom. The training incorporates educational and experiential components of yoga and ayurveda, including but not limited to the study of yogic texts, anatomy and physiology; whole person assessments; asana; pranayama; mudras and mantras; guided imagery; yoga nidra; and meditation.
