Have you yearned to take your 200 hour yoga teacher training to the next level but are not ready to commit to a 300 hour program? If so, Samyoga Institute is offering the perfect program for you. Beginning this fall, our new 100-hour program will focus on deepening your understanding and skills as a yoga teacher, especially in the areas of yoga as a healing and therapeutic offering for individuals and their individual needs.. In this program you will learn how to listen with the eyes, ears and hands to facilitate an integrative individual session.
Your teaching staff includes Janice George E-RYT500, ALC, certified iRest Yoga Nidra facilitator, and Sat Puran (Carla Fox) E-RYT500, Ayurvedic Practitioner.
The cost of this extraordinary program is $1800, but if you register by July 31, the rate is $1700. Past 500 hour students, wanting a refresher, can take this program for $900.00, mentoring included.

Holding Sacred Space/Creating Safe Touch with Kristin Stevens and Lori Candon; Update your asana – Restorative postures; Ethics of Individual Sessions; Listening with the Hands, Eyes and Ears – Facilitating Individual Sessions, part 2; Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Book 2
February
Pranayama, Meditation and Mudras; Designing a Practice for Self and Others, Respiratory Conditions; Book 3 of Yoga Sutras; Master Class– backbends; Tools of Healing – Relaxation, Guided Imagery, Visualization and Yoga Nidra
Interim
Internship – 8 individual sessions with mentor contact.
No weekend classes will be held in December or January. It is during this time that you will complete an internship comprised of 8 individual sessions.

Refund Policy
Samyoga Institute requires the applicant to send written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the start of training to receive a full refund less $50.00. Should notice be received within 30 days of the start of training, the applicant will receive a full refund less $500.00. Once training begins, there are no refunds, and the entire amount is the responsibility of the participant. If a student must withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances, arrangements may be made to complete the training the following year; however, the student will incur any additional cost increases at the time the course is taken.
