Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program - RYT500

Classes are Closed Out for 2018.  Please contact us about registering for September 2019!

Samyoga Institute 500 provides an advanced yoga and yoga therapy teacher training program designed to create personal and professional growth. The elements of yoga and ayurveda, including whole person assessments, asana, pranayama, mudras and mantras, guided imagery with yoga nidra, and meditation, are woven together in a way that maintains the integrity of the tradition while making yoga accessible to all. By co-creating a sacred learning environment, we will focus on deepening personal experience, knowledge, and practice, as well as furthering the development of teaching skills and yoga therapy skills.

The program begins each year in September and consists of 30 days spread over 23 months. The classes are held on weekends with two-month breaks every quarter for internships.
